NataliP, it's very simple.))) This effect is achieved by greatly reducing the contrast, brightness, and overall texture in Photoshop when converting to black and white using Nik Software Silver Efex Pro (it's easily downloaded online). The "Oil Painting" filter (the first slider at 0.3, the second at 10, the layer applied in "Lighten" mode) adds a glow and softens the edges. The droplets will "glow" if you sharpen the image using the "Oil Painting" filter (both sliders at 1) by 20-40 percent. Thank you)))))))))))
Nessie, Thank you so much! I'll save this advice for "better times," while for now I'm just admiring other people's work. I started working in Photoshop a few years ago, but ran out of time. But I'm a good viewer!
Finally, I caught the association: Estes by Clarissa Pinkola - Women Running with the Wolves. The Female Archetype in Myths and Legends. I also decided to read the book, which I downloaded.
Great!
Thank you)))))))))))
