Interesting shot, I like it It might be worth removing some of the extraneous details at the top and left - View crop - that would make the shot more interesting and draw more attention to the main character. It would also be nice to rotate it by 0.5 degrees to align the bottom with the edge of the frame.
I'd love to rotate it... I haven't mastered the tool yet... I tried black and white and removing unnecessary details - it all goes away in a minute for me - and I left it like that... so here are 2 minutes of Photoshop - it was shot in RAW and then a hard shop... and thanks to everyone for their opinions ...
I think a little more evenness wouldn't hurt.

The color is starting to show artifacts, so I'd suggest a deep, contrasty black and white—I think that's better!
