Where is this cloudy sky?

Hi, Sasha! The photo is beautiful, but Alexey Tsvirko is right, the Photoshop is noticeable – the blue sky is all squares, and there are some white dots on the water in the foreground – it's unclear what they're from. It's hard to blame it on noise, knowing what was used, except perhaps compression artifacts.
