This so lovely. Such a warm photo of two loving friends. The colours present a wonderful contrast. The young girl is on the verge of womanhood, quietly confident and assured in her beauty, a slightly challenging glance at the camera. What kissable lips offering sweet promises. As the song said "she had kisses sweeter than wine". It could be this girl who was the subject of that verse in years to come.
